MARYELLEN AMPERSAND/ASSOCIATE BROKER:
Outside of real estate, I have a range of creative passions. I enjoy sewing, square dancing, and practicing darkroom photography—I’m even in the process of building my own darkroom. At home, I share life with two charming cats, Hyacinth and Hawthorne—they’re quite the characters! When I’m not with them, I love spending time with my spouse, Quentin. We enjoy playing board games, catching up on The Great British Baking Show, or exploring the outdoors through camping.

Nicole Prill is the Office Manager for Talia Freedman and Co and the Licensed Assistant to Talia Freedman and has been with the company since 2015. She is a primary support to the brokers in the company and helps keep them all on track. Talia has often said she could not do this business without Nicole by her side. Nicole comes to real estate with a background in retail, book keeping, event coordination and more. Originally from Michigan, Nicole has lived in New Mexico for over 25 years. When she’s not working she’s spending time with her wonderful family and their pets, which include a grumpy box turtle, adorable dog and an exceptionally cute kitty.
